Launched in 2010, hot igloo chief thinker and owner Albert Martino set forth to create a website design agency and internet marketing agency that could serve clients both locally and nationally with quality work, easy communication, and strict attention to client needs. Having built his first website at 13 years old, Albert was, and still very much is, deeply passionate about website design and internet marketing; this is what drives us to succeed. You are not just a client or a job to us, this is what we know and what we do.

We have developed websites and internet marketing strategies with customers in the manufacturing, restaurant, retail, automotive, construction, real estate, legal, medical, and fitness sectors. We have worked with brand new startups to multi generational national businesses, giving us a unqiue perspective on how to maximize any budget for maximum performance.

Some of our clients have called us after being scared away by one of the “big box” website builders who did a lot of over promising and not a lot of delivering. That is not the way it should be; we understand your concerns and take time to clearly explain everything in laymens terms so you know exactly where your marketing dollars are going.

We think its important to do business the old fashioned way – a word and a handshake. To get the best results for you, we must trust eachother and this is the way we show our trust. We don’t have a sales team to overwhelm you with buzzwords; our work comes directly from referrals by satisfied clients, some of whom we’ve been working with for more than 5 years. There are no contracts, no arbitrary monthly “maintenance fees”, no nonsense.

Our philosophy is really very simple: treat customers how we would expect to be treated, and never do anything we wouldnt do for our own business.
